2:25 pm	OtakuFest 2008. Part the First. So, last Sunday, that is Sunday 2nd, I went to the OtakuFest Peru 2008. As you can take by its name, it was a convention... as in the first ever anime convention in Peru. Some OMGs are needed to convey how awesome that was XD. Why the heck did I just post this today instead of say, last Monday? Well, real life, or rather work life, has been a bitch, that's why ;____; Anyway, while it was not perfect, as many things in Peru it started later than programmed and there was the ever present (slight) disorganizations of Peruvian activities of many kind... I had lots and lots of fun! And most importantly, I took lots and lots of pictures of cosplayers XD Also, took not a single picture of me :P So, without further ado, the first part of the picspam! YAY! Isn't this a promising start? Enma Ai from Jigoku Shoujo!!!! She was actually the first cosplayer I ran into (almost literally, she was so small.. and I am by not ways a tall gal myself!) XD XD XD ( Here be dragons, or rather Kakuzu doing what it takes to bring money to Akatsuki XD ) And this is ChunninExamFinals!Sasuke. Man, there were lots of Sasuke's cosplayer there. 10:00 am	So my birthday is a week away And I already got presents :D This colorful package full of awesome goodies came a couple of days ago from Finland, courtesy of the lovely manzanitabob: First, we open it, and lo and behold... A CARD :D And inside we can see a sweet message and manzanitabob's good enough calligraphy (which is certainly tons better than my own crappy one), with a picture I am sure she took from this post of our younger and unmarried selves when we do what lame yet cool kids (lol, kids!) like us to when having free time, going to museums... 11:44 am	Love is in the air One of my dearest BFF, manzanitabob, is getting married today (if she is not married already). She met her beloved online and clicked really fast and then their relationship grew. This smart, proper yet slightly aloof (to what she was used) boy from Finland and her heart was lost to him. Yes, it is sappy, but so was her face when she told me about him :P Now, she is in Finland and she seems to be having a hell of time and now February 1st she's getting married. I cannot be with her, and neither can her family. And while she might feel lonely sometimes, I wanted to express how glad I am she was so lucky.
